RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

All Sales Are Final Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our BTS merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review your case and work with you on a resolution.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Note on Customs & Duties We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
